Bachelor’s of Technology/ Bachelor’s in Engineering in Electronics and Electrical Engineering or Electronics and Communications or Mechanical or any related field is required

Master’s Degree is preferred but not mandatory.

10-12 years of experience in in Asset management in Electronics Manufacturing Systems industry

Proven track record in process reliability improvement and spare parts management

Proven track record of leadership

Excellent communication abilities to coordinate effectively with vendors and other stakeholders

Expertise with the installation and approval processes for new program lines

Excellent problem-solving skills

PMP certification is an added advantage

Holding a Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is considered an added advantage
