Assistant Manager_Engineering

Job Responsibilities:
Hands on experience to identify the root cause analysis, failure investigation, and corrective action implementation.
Experienced in utilizing advanced FA tools including Microscopes, X-Ray, and CT Scan systems to identify defect mechanisms and drive permanent corrective actions.
Skilled in RCA methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, and FMEA, with a strong track record of reducing recurring failures, improving manufacturing yield, supporting NPI builds,and driving cross-functional quality improvements through data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities,
Improve manufacturing yield through failure analysis and corrective actions with CFTs.
Maintain failure databases for trend analysis and historical reference.
Identify top yield loss drivers and recurring failure modes through FA reporting.
Perform root cause analysis using 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, and FMEA methodologies.
Operate FA tools including Microscopes, X-Ray, and CT Scanners for defect analysis.
Support product investigations, NPI builds, engineering validations, and production ramp-ups.
Validate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) through experiments and data analysis.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce recurring failures and manufacturing escapes.
Analyze yield trends, generate management reports, and ensure timely issue resolution.
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Suppliers to implement sustainable solutions.
