Assistant Manager - Ecommerce Operations (North India) (Third Party)

Warehouse and Network Management

• Support regional warehouse operations and SOP adherence across forward, return, and exception processes.
• Drive warehouse readiness, inventory movement planning, stock transfers, and transition activities.
• Resolve bottlenecks involving systems, infrastructure, NAS or video storage, WMS errors, and process dependencies.
• Coordinate with 3PL and internal teams on inwards, outbound, returns, and stock transfer execution.

SPF and Claims Governance

• Manage Seller Protection Fund processes, including claim validation, video or image evidence compliance, claim tracking, and recovery governance.
• Ensure adherence to marketplace SPF policies, turnaround times, documentation requirements, and rejection-prevention controls.
• Partner with warehouse, logistics, and marketplace stakeholders to reduce controllable operational losses.
• Drive corrective actions for recurring process gaps such as tag loop errors, QC misses, poor evidence capture, and tracker hygiene issues.

Compliance, Analytics, and Improvement

• Support APOB documentation, address mapping, NOC follow-up, warehouse registration, new facility readiness, and marketplace expansion.
• Prepare operational updates, dashboards, claim trackers, and performance summaries for business reviews.
• Analyze fulfilment, returns, QC, claims, inventory movement, and warehouse performance trends.
• Drive scalable solutions across OMS, WMS, marketplace integrations, tracker automation, and reporting standards.

Required Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in e-commerce supply chain, marketplace operations, warehousing, or fulfilment operations.
• Strong understanding of marketplace fulfilment, inventory management, claims governance, returns, and logistics processes.
• Hands-on experience with Excel-based trackers, operational dashboards, and structured performance reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management across internal functions, marketplaces, warehouses, and external partners.
• Ability to manage operational escalations, process transitions, and cross-functional projects with clear ownership.

Preferred Capabilities

• Working knowledge of OMS or WMS workflows and marketplace integration dependencies is preferred.
• Experience in SPF or claim recovery processes, returns governance, and video or evidence compliance is preferred.
• Experience working in high-volume operational environments with attention to turnaround time, audit readiness, and process discipline is preferred.
• Comfort preparing leadership-ready summaries, project updates, and actionable trackers is preferred.
