Responsibilities
- Analyze existing business processes across manufacturing departments and identify areas for improvement through ERP and digital solutions
- Design and implement new system workflows and processes in ERP to streamline operations and improve efficiency
- Work closely with cross functional teams such as Production, Planning, Procurement, Inventory, Quality, Finance, and Stores to understand business requirements
- Gather, document, and translate business needs into functional specifications for system enhancements or automation
- Coordinate with internal IT teams, ERP vendors, and external partners for development, testing, deployment, and support
- Lead process standardization and ensure alignment of ERP processes with business objectives
- Support ERP implementation, customization, upgrades, and integration with other systems
- Monitor system performance and process effectiveness, and recommend continuous improvements
- Provide training and support to end users to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes
- Prepare process documentation, SOPs, user manuals, and functional requirement documents
- Ensure data accuracy, process compliance, and governance across digital platforms
- Troubleshoot system related issues and work on resolution in coordination with stakeholders
Requirements
- 10–15 years of experience in IT / ERP / Digital transformation roles
- Strong background in IT with exposure to manufacturing industry processes
- Hands on experience with ERP platforms such as SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics / Infor / similar
- Proven experience in creating or improving systems/processes in ERP
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders

About the Role
- The Assistant Manager – Digital will be responsible for driving digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing functions by designing, developing, and implementing new systems and processes within the ERP environment.
- The role involves working closely with various departments to understand business needs, streamline operations, improve efficiency, and ensure effective system integration.
- The ideal candidate should come from an IT background with strong experience in ERP systems, business process automation, and digital solution implementation within a manufacturing setup.

- Analysis and design of Steel and Concrete structures and their foundations.
- Analyze existing business processes across manufacturing departments and identify areas for improvement through ERP and digital solutions.
- Design and implement new system workflows and processes in ERP to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Work closely with cross functional teams such as Production, Planning, Procurement, Inventory, Quality, Finance, and Stores to understand business requirements.

Preferred Technical Skills
- Hands on experience with ERP platforms such as SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics / Infor / similar ERP systems.
- Familiarity with manufacturing modules such as Production, Inventory, Procurement Quality, and Maintenance.
- Experience in process automation and digital workflow tools.
Desired Candidate Profile
