Overview
- Research, interpret and apply market trends appropriate to the brand/ target customer
- Assist Design Manager in seasonal range building
- Manage creative and technical development of product
- Build consistency throughout product lines to ensure a clear message is delivered while continuing to grow Max as an authentic, value fashion retailer
- Work closely with the Design Manager on seasonal direction
- Develop technical sketches and graphics/prints for new products
- Collaborate with Merchandising team to achieve product execution and maintain design integrity
- Be actively involved in product and trend presentations
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with cross functional teams
- Plan and execute seasonal ranges and tech packs in a fast paced environment, as per the set critical path
