Carry out system & process improvement at vendors in the following areas:
Root Cause Analysis Of Quality Defects
Identification of gap areas in Plastic parts manufacturing process & systems
Implement countermeasure actions & best practices
Process specific improvements for automotive plastic parts.
Process/ system upgradation based on AI/ digital tools & techniques.
Review, Monitoring & Reporting
Monitor progress of actions
Timely reporting of concerns and prepare Management reports/
presentations
