About the Role
LG Electronics seeks an Assistant Manager for Data Analytics & Performance Marketing to drive eCommerce growth through data insights and campaign execution. You will analyze website traffic, manage promotional calendars, and optimize digital marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities
- Lead end to end monitoring and analysis of LG.com website data, including traffic, customer behavior, and overall performance
- Develop and manage LG.com online promotional marketing calendar
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital performance marketing campaigns across paid and owned channels
- Use data analytics to evaluate campaign performance, customer behavior, and funnel efficiency
- Support CRM and retention programs to enhance customer engagement and repeat purchases
- Coordinate with Corporate Marketing, platform, sales, PSI, and product teams for campaign readiness
- Manage media agencies and external vendors for campaign execution, budget deployment, and performance tracking
- Conduct in depth data analysis to identify insights and improve campaign effectiveness
Requirements
- Masters / bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or related discipline
- 3 5 years of relevant experience in eCommerce, D2C, digital marketing, or commercial online roles
- Strong experience in onsite campaign management, promotions, paid media, and marketing performance analysis
- Strong understanding of digital commerce funnels, campaign planning, media performance, customer acquisition, and retention levers
- Good analytical capability with hands on use of Excel and dashboard tools such as Power BI and Google Analytics
- Digital Marketing Certification
- Google Ads/ Meta Blueprint certification
- CRM certification
- Google Analytics certification
- Arabic preferred but not mandatory

Position Summary
- The Assistant Manager – Data Analytics & Performance Marketing drives LG.com eCommerce growth through data driven insights and performance marketing execution.
Principal Responsibilities
- Lead end to end monitoring and analysis of LG.com website data, including traffic, customer behavior, and overall performance.
- Develop and manage LG.com online promotional marketing calendar, including seasonal campaigns, bundles, add ons, vouchers, and tactical offers.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital performance marketing campaigns for LG.com across paid and owned channels.
- Use data analytics to evaluate campaign performance, customer behavior, and funnel efficiency.
- Support CRM and retention programs in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Corporate Marketing, platform, sales, PSI, and product teams to ensure campaign readiness.
- Manage media agencies and external vendors for LG.com campaign execution, budget deployment, performance tracking, and continuous optimization.
- Conduct in depth data analysis starting from LG.com traffic and customer behavior to identify insights.
Relevant Experience & Education
- 3 5 years of relevant experience in eCommerce, D2C, digital marketing, or commercial online roles.
- Strong experience in onsite campaign management, promotions, paid media, and marketing performance analysis.
- Masters / bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline.
