We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Assistant Manager - Cosec reporting to the Manager , Corporate Services, this full-time and permanent position is based in India and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Corporate Services and its’ growth.

• Handle work allocation, assignments tracking, SLA adherence and provide timely status report.
• Prepare and maintain all required trackers, monthly PPTs, SOPs, KPI reports, dashboards etc.
• Drafting and/or reviewing of activities including but not limited to minutes, resolution, corporate health checks
• Having good process understanding. Further, support and guide the team on technical query resolution and generate monthly work schedule.
• Drive quality improvements, efficiency and set up new processes.
• Attending/ scheduling meetings with the local market regularly to discuss work.
• Management of errors, escalation and provide proper resolution and feedback.
• Team Management including but not limited to their attendance, leaves, trainings etc.
• Producing of reports from VPoint (limited and predefined), updating of data in VPoint and Storing documents in VPoint.
• Interaction with internal & external stakeholders.
