Role Context
The role supports Godrej Properties Limited, a real estate business focused on residential development, innovation, sustainability, and design.
The position is focused on civil execution for high-rise residential projects.
Qualification and Experience
- B.Tech or BE in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in structural and finishing works for high-rise residential projects.
- The source also lists 6–8 years of work experience.
- Candidates who have completed a project from excavation to handover are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and execute structural works including RCC, columns, beams, slabs, reinforcement, and Mivan formwork.
- Manage finishing activities including block work, plastering, waterproofing, painting, gypsum, false ceiling, tiling, marble, cladding, screed, and landscaping.
- Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Conduct snagging, rectification, and handover of completed units.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams for timely execution.
- Monitor material quality and adherence to construction standards.
