We're looking for a passionate and ambitious Assistant Manager to join the team at The Roebuck , our thriving neighbourhood pub in the heart of Chiswick.
Located just off Chiswick High Road, The Roebuck is a much-loved local destination combining elevated British pub food, an exceptional drinks offering, live sport, events and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. With a beautiful courtyard garden, buzzing bar and strong community following, The Roebuck is a pub for all occasions, from relaxed weekday lunches and after-work drinks to busy weekends, celebrations and Sunday roasts.
The Role As Assistant Manager, you'll work alongside the General Manager to lead a passionate team, drive exceptional guest experiences and help shape the future success of one of Chiswick's most exciting local pubs. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced supervisor or current Assistant Manager who loves hospitality, thrives in a busy environment and is ready to take the next step in their career with London's largest independent pub and dining group.

A hands-on attitude and willingness to get stuck in whenever needed. Personal Licence holder desirable but not essential.
