Job Purpose: The job purpose of a Shift Engineer - Diffusion in cell maintenance is to manage and optimize the diffusion process. This includes overseeing equipment operation, maintaining quality standards, minimizing downtime, and driving continuous improvement to ensure efficient production of high-quality solar cells.

Operate and maintain diffusion machines to ensure efficient and precise diffusion processes for semiconductor production.

Address and resolve diffusion machine breakdowns promptly, analyzing issues to prevent future occurrences.

Monitor and optimize diffusion processes to ensure consistent and high-quality production of solar cells.
