Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Supplier selection, commercial discussion & price settlement. Procurement of Machinery Spares,Cutting tools, IT Spares, Services and Capital Equipment. Finalisation of AMC and Rate contract. Ensuring quality and timely delivery of material. Developing alternate sources for cost saving & timely delivery. Asset disposal co-ordination & documentation. Capital Budget co-ordination and ensuring timely utilisation of Budget. Benchmarking of Technology and commodity prices in Industry. Ensuring process adherence in purchasing. Periodical MIS generation & monitoring.
