Role Overview
The Assistant Manager - Business Analyst is responsible for requirements management, functional solution development, stakeholder communication, business value analysis, and team mentoring.
The role supports healthcare analytics solutions and requires communication across business, product, client, and technology teams.
Responsible Functions
- Develop business requirements documents and translate requirements into user stories, backlogs, sprints, definitions of done, and releases using Jira.
- Review requirements with stakeholders and resolve issues with corrective actions.
- Develop end-to-end functional solutions and evaluate product components and system architecture.
- Collaborate with architecture, development, coding, and testing teams on technical and project deliverables.
- Manage expectations and roadblocks affecting solution delivery.
- Analyze business value, risks, metrics, and data insights.
- Train and mentor junior team members.
- Support product roadmaps, future features, and client-to-technology communication.
Healthcare and Analytics Expertise
- Strong understanding of the US healthcare value chain, including payer and provider impact drivers.
