Assistant Manager Bar

You will be responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the Bar operations in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations.

The Assistant Manager - Bar is responsible for supporting the Bar Manager in managing the assigned bar as a successful independent profit center, in line with the bar’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards.

The role ensures the delivery of exceptional beverage service, maintains high standards of guest satisfaction, oversees daily bar operations, controls costs, manages inventory, and supports the development of the bar team, while operating within budget and contributing to the financial success of the outlet.

Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management.

Minimum 1 years work experience as Assistant Manager or Team Leader/Captain in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
