Senior Engineer – Electrical & Electronics (Component Engineering)

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer – Electrical & Electronics for Component Engineering.

The role involves selection, validation, testing, and lifecycle management of electronic components, ensuring reliability, quality, and compliance with industry standards.

The candidate will support product development, manufacturing, and failure analysis activities.

Component Engineering & Selection

Evaluate, select, and approve electronic components (resistors, capacitors, ICs, connectors, relays, etc.)
Review datasheets and ensure components meet design and application requirements
Manage alternate sourcing and component obsolescence strategies

Testing & Validation

Develop and execute validation plans for components
Analyze electrical performance and reliability testing results

Documentation & Compliance

Create and maintain:
Component specifications
Test SOPs and validation procedures
Qualification reports and technical documents
