For the right person, an Assistant Store Manager position can be an important stepping stone towards running your own store and progressing further within OZ Design.

Previous retail leadership, supervisor, senior sales or 2IC experience

A strong track record in sales and customer service

The confidence to coach, support and motivate others

A hands-on leadership style, where you’ll thrive selling alongside your team

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Strong organisation and problem-solving abilities

The confidence to take responsibility for the store when required

A positive attitude and genuine desire to see your team succeed

Furniture experience is not required . We provide comprehensive in-person and online training , giving you the product knowledge, systems and support you need to succeed.
