Assistant Learning & Quality Manager

Role overview

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of training programs to support colleague development.
• Monitor service standards and conduct regular quality checks across the hotel.
• Coach and support department leaders to improve service quality and performance.
• Manage onboarding, orientation, and ongoing learning activities for colleagues.
• Review guest feedback and quality results to identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare and review learning and quality reports to monitor performance.

What we need

• Bachelor’s degree, higher education qualification, or equivalent in Human Resources, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Three or more years of experience in Learning and Development, Quality, Human Resources, or a similar role.
• Experience in a hotel environment is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and organizational skills are required.
• Good command of written and spoken English is required.
