Must be available evenings and weekends for any position.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our Deli and Restaurant in the heart of Washington Township.

Your focus will be to deliver exceptional food and management of the kitchen which produces food for the restaurant, deli counter and catering.

All while creating a culture that is fun and genuinely caring and supporting of all employees.

· High degree of culinary skills for production, cook line and catering.

· Excellent communication skills to effectively connect with co-workers.

· Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture.

· Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean kitchen.

· Strong time-management skills, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize.

· Steady, stable employment track record.

· Complete understanding of recipes, quality standards and presentation.

· Understand and practice safe food handling procedures.

· Assist with training, coaching and develop employees and team leaders.
