Assistant KAM, E-Commerce

Digital Shelf & Visibility: Partner with internal content and performance teams to ensure strong digital shelf execution, catalogue quality, product discoverability and efficient visibility opportunities on platforms.

Business Reviews: Track and analyse business performance, prepare regular business reviews and recommend actions to improve growth, profitability and operational efficiency.

Market Intelligence: Monitor category trends, competitive activities, pricing benchmarks and consumer insights to identify opportunities and risks across key accounts.

The Skills you will bring to the team

2+ years e-commerce experience specializing in consumer goods with MBA from Tier I or Tier II Business schools

Hands on experience in working with eCom partners preferably in India

Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate his/her ideas/thoughts and drive support and alignment of key stakeholders

Effective collaboration and partnership skills with both internal and external customers

Implement and utilize analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth

Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment

Ability to easily work across a culturally diverse group of people and markets. Embraces diversity and inclusion as a key value

Ability to quickly adapt, focus and deliver results in ambiguous and ever-changing situations

Can effectively navigate complexity and ambiguity, with poise and confidence
