Role Description
This is an exciting time to join Petrofac on this journey.
The role involves supporting the development and review of subcontracts and commercial agreements, assisting in the administration of contracts, and maintaining records.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and review of subcontracts and commercial agreements
- Support the administration of contracts and related matters
- Maintain updated records of commercial agreements and contracts
- Prepare correspondence to contractors on contractual/commercial matters
- Collect and collate backup information for invoices and variation order proposals
- Update and maintain auditable records and registers
- Assist in the preparation and compilation of proposals
- Support Subcontracts management in maintaining departmental databases
Essential Qualifications And Skills
- Graduate university degree in a relevant field
