Responsibilities
- Manage end to end global onboarding and offboarding
- Draft, issue, and maintain employment agreements, amendments, letters, and other employee documentation
- Create, maintain, and update global policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
- Maintain and administer the HRIS, organisational charts, employee records, and other documentation
- Coordinate visa applications, renewals, and office related administration for the Dubai office
- Organise company wide meetings and communications, including invitations, attendee management, and coordination
- Administer global leave management, including leave policies, tracking, approvals, and reporting
- Prepare accurate HR related reports, dashboards, and people metrics, proactively identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, promoting a positive employee experience
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the employee experience
Requirements
- 3 to 8 years of experience in People Ops or similar roles, within high growth, fast paced environments
- Self starter with ability to work independently, take ownership, and proactively drive initiatives
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate, confidential, and compliant records
- Solid understanding of best industry practices, employment legislation, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions
- Collaborative, approachable, and service oriented with passion for employee experience
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities and cross time zone teams

What You’ll Be Doing

- Draft, issue, and maintain employment agreements, amendments, letters, and other employee documentation, working closely with Legal and Finance.
- Create, maintain, and update global policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Maintain and administer the HRIS, organisational charts, employee records, and other documentation, ensuring employee data is accurate, complete, and up to date at all times.
- Coordinate visa applications, renewals, and office related administration for the Dubai office.
- Organise company wide meetings and communications, including invitations, attendee management, and coordination.
- Administer global leave management, including leave policies, tracking, approvals, and reporting.
- Prepare accurate HR related reports, dashboards, and people metrics, proactively identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, promoting a positive employee experience while representing company values with professionalism.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the employee experience.
