Role overview
Manage and oversee HR operations independently across multiple sites and projects.
The role covers recruitment, employee relations, payroll, statutory compliance, performance management, policies, training, and HR MIS.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding across sites and projects.
- Guide site-level HR teams and manage onboarding, documentation, induction, attendance, and leave records.
- Oversee payroll accuracy, employee data, and statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, and PT.
- Develop standardized HR policies, processes, and SOPs across sites and projects.
- Design and implement performance management, including KRA setting, appraisal cycles, and closure.
- Handle grievances, disciplinary matters, escalations, non-conformance, deviations, and chronic absenteeism.
- Oversee HR administration and coordinate with site HoDs, department heads, and senior management.
- Plan training calendars and prepare HR MIS, dashboards, attrition reports, and workforce analytics.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor a small team of site and project-level HR executives.
Desired candidate profile
- 5–15 years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience independently managing HR functions across multiple sites or projects.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, employee relations, performance management, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations or projects.
- Real estate industry experience is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay starts at ₹500,000 per year.
