The Assistant HR & L&D Manager supports the daily operations of the hotel’s HR function.
The role focuses on delivering hospitality while supporting team members and workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, team member relations, labor relations, compliance, safety, and performance management.
- Coordinate recognition programs, special events, and engagement initiatives.
- Manage team member data entry and track employment transitions.
- Maintain training and corrective action records and generate HR metrics reports.
- Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive work environment.
