Work alongside the Operations Manager to ensure housekeeping and laundry standards support memorable guest experiences.
Daily responsibilities
- Manage, coach, and develop a team responsible for housekeeping and laundry standards.
- Handle complaints and special requests to maintain guest satisfaction.
- Check public areas, rooms, suites, equipment, and linen against guest expectations.
- Assist with deep-cleaning projects and support the team during busy periods.
- Educate team members about applicable laws and safety standards.
- Maintain inventory levels, prepare budgets, and drive productivity.
Requirements
- High school diploma, secondary education, or equivalent.
- At least one year of housekeeping experience, including some supervisory training or experience.
- Ability to speak the local language or languages.
