Support the Executive Housekeeper in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction throughout the Dubai hotel property.
Work collaboratively across housekeeping operations, staff management, guest service, and hotel coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily housekeeping operations and ensure all areas meet cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Develop cleaning procedures and schedules with the Executive Housekeeper.
- Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping staff.
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Manage cleaning supply and equipment inventory.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve guest requests and issues.
- Assist with staff scheduling and housekeeping payroll.
- Maintain health and safety protocols and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally.
Qualifications
- Proven housekeeping management or supervision experience is required, preferably in a luxury hotel.
- A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organization, leadership, communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are required.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office is required.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, equipment, hotel operations, and industry standards is required.
- Familiarity with hospitality health and safety regulations is required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays is required.
- English fluency is required; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
- Physical stamina and a customer-focused mindset are required.
