Position Summary

  • Respond to guest questions and follow up to ensure requests are met.
  • Take and confirm reservations and cancellations.
  • Supply guests with information on property amenities, services, and local areas.
  • Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services.
  • Contact appropriate individuals or departments to resolve guest requests.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
