Role Overview
Lead project execution and commercial coordination for construction and workspace projects.
The role is based on an in-person work arrangement.
Projects include planning, design, construction, MEP, furniture, moves, and workspace modifications.
Project Execution
- Manage schedules, budgets, internal approvals, design and construction documents, RFP processes, construction, MEP, furniture, and moves.
- Ensure projects are delivered within defined schedules and budgets.
- Oversee planning, design, and construction and coordinate to obtain the Occupancy Certificate.
- Manage annual capital planning and lead projects end to end.
Procurement and Coordination
- Coordinate with Construction Managers and Supply Chain to select vendors for outsourced services.
- Manage tendering processes to engage competent vendors for construction activities.
- Analyze plans and specifications to provide coordinated interpretations for construction.
- Chair regular project meetings with consultants and internal partners.
