Role Overview
Assistant General Manager role focused on civil construction and project management.
The role leads multiple projects and manages project managers, site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and site teams.
Experience and Qualifications
- The role requires 12 to 15 years of experience in civil construction or project management.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Tamil, English, and Hindi language skills are preferred.
Project Responsibilities
- Lead and monitor multiple construction projects from planning through completion.
- Ensure execution follows approved drawings, quality standards, budget, and schedule.
- Review progress, cost, manpower, and materials and resolve execution issues.
- Coordinate with management and all departments for timely delivery.
- Monitor profitability, variation works, billing, and cost control.
- Conduct site and project reviews and complete corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, documentation, and company procedures.
Compensation
- Pay is ₹35,000 to ₹40,000 per month.
