Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in the overall operation of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient daily service
- Maintain exceptional standards of food quality, service delivery, cleanliness, and presentation throughout all guest touchpoints
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, hygiene, and company operating procedures
- Monitor inventory levels, stock control, and purchasing activities to minimise waste and maximise efficiency
- Lead service periods when required and act as Manager on Duty in the General Manager's absence
- Champion a culture of genuine hospitality and personalised service
- Proactively manage guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally and effectively
- Assist in managing budgets, forecasts, and operational expenses
- Monitor key performance indicators including sales, labour costs, food costs, and profitability
- Recruit, train, mentor, and develop supervisors and team members

- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant General Manager to support the leadership team in delivering operational excellence, developing high performing teams, and ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities
