Responsibilities
- Assist the Managing Director in overseeing daily business operations
- Drive business development and identify new market opportunities
- Lead and mentor the sales, projects, and operations teams
- Build strong relationships with developers, hotel operators, architects, interior designers, and consultants
- Monitor project execution to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
- Develop sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Review quotations, contracts, tenders, and project profitability
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, production, and finance departments
- Represent Murano Lighting in client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events
- Prepare management reports, forecasts, and strategic business plans
Requirements
- Must be an electrical engineer
- Minimum 10 years of managerial experience, preferably in decorative lighting, architectural lighting, hospitality interiors, construction, or related industries
- Proven leadership and business development skills
- Strong commercial and negotiation abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- UAE/GCC market experience is highly desirable
- Valid UAE driving licence preferred

Role Description
- The Assistant General Manager is a full time, on site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- This role supports the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring that projects, sales activities, and service delivery meet company standards and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
