Assistant general manager-constructions

We are looking for an experienced AGM – Civil Construction to oversee overall project and site operations, coordinate office and site teams, and ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and as per company standards.

• Conduct regular site visits and monitor project progress.
• Oversee overall site management, including quality, safety, manpower, materials, and timelines.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Contractors, Consultants, and Clients.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, BOQs, billing, and resource requirements.
• Manage and coordinate office and site operations related to construction projects.
• Review site reports, project updates, and performance of project teams.
• Identify and resolve project-related issues and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Support management in planning, decision-making, and overall business operations.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and key issues.

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 15+ years of experience in residential/commercial construction.
• Strong experience in site management and project coordination.
• Good leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
