Job Description
Plan, execute, and monitor civil construction projects.
Act as a bridge between the project manager, site team, contractors, consultants, vendors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, and day-to-day coordination of civil works.
- Track site activity progress and report updates to the project manager.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients to resolve issues.
- Maintain drawings, RFIs, permits, change orders, contracts, reports, and communication logs.
- Support procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontracted services.
- Monitor project budgets, invoices, and expenditures to help control costs.
- Arrange project meetings, record action items, and maintain communication logs.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and site procedures.
- Assist with site-level issues, delays, and coordination conflicts.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
