The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager supports daily operations of one or more dining outlets.
The role contributes to memorable guest experiences and service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Support guest service, quality control, inventory, reservations, marketing, and reporting.
- Assist with guest satisfaction strategies, feedback collection, trend monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor food presentation and cost and portion controls.
- Assist with team supervision, scheduling, training, feedback, recognition, and development.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and coaching team members.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
