About the Role
TSG+ is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager in Dubai to support the Head of Finance in financial operations, reporting, and compliance. The role involves managing accounting activities, budgeting, forecasting, and logistics cost tracking.

Responsibilities
- Support month end and year end closing processes, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
- Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Coordinate with logistics/supply chain teams to track costs related to freight, customs, inventory, and warehousing
- Monitor and reconcile logistics related expenses against budgets and contracts
- Support internal controls, audits, and compliance with company policies and local regulations
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable oversight and vendor payment processes
- Prepare VAT filings and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software (SAP experience preferred)
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent)
- 3 5 years of relevant experience, ideally with exposure to logistics, freight, or supply chain finance
- Strong foundation in core accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Excel
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Prior experience supervising or mentoring junior finance staff is an advantage
- SAP knowledge is a plus

- The Assistant Finance Manager supports the Head of Finance in overseeing the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and effective financial controls.
