Financial Accounting and Reporting
- Assist in managing the company’s day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
- Review accounting entries, general ledger transactions, and supporting documentation.
- Prepare and review monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare financial analysis and reports for management decision-making.
- Ensure financial records are accurate, complete, and maintained in accordance with company policies and applicable accounting standards.
Accounts Receivable and Credit Control
- Monitor customer accounts, outstanding balances, and aging reports.
- Follow up on overdue customer payments and coordinate with the sales team on collections.
- Review customer credit limits and payment terms.
