Job Description
- Job type: Internship (Mon – Fri, 8:30-17:30, approximately 1-month duration with flexibility)
- Location: Mongolia Church Office and multiple church facilities
- Salary: Based on Church policies and procedures
- Deadline: April 12, 2026 *Ulaanbaatar time
- Starting date: Negotiable
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and implementation of the operations & maintenance annual plan
- May assist Facilities Manager in scoping building renovation projects
- Collaborates with Facility Manager to accomplish organizational goals and assignments and provide support in maintaining facilities to an appropriate level of dignity, safety and functionality
- Communicates frequently with customers, employees, vendors and contractors to develop and maintain effective relationships
- Any other duties as assigned by a manager
Qualifications
- Hold a valid temple recommend (Required)
- Currently enrolled in a university or have graduated within the past year
- Majoring in Construction Management, Facilities Management, Business Management, or a related field
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Strong customer relationship focuses and ‘can do’ attitude
- Ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing
- Physically and mentally capable of performing duties in various indoor and outdoor areas
