Responsibilities
- Conduct daily walkthroughs across buildings, courtyards, and playgrounds to identify technical issues and coordinate resolution
- Follow up on implementation of scheduled preventive maintenance plans for all school facilities and assets
- Develop cleaning schedule, assign cleaning staff, and oversee daily cleaning operations
- Monitor daily attendance of cleaning staff and ensure adherence to hygiene and appearance standards
- Ensure adequate stock of cleaning supplies and submit supply requests as needed
- Coordinate with school division leaders and Activities Department for upcoming events requiring facilities support
- Coordinate with technical teams to provide logistical support for school events and be present during events
- Collaborate with Safety and Security Team in implementing emergency, evacuation, and safety procedures
- Participate in institutional evaluations and provide accurate data
- Prepare regular reports documenting facilities performance
- Contribute to institutional improvement plans related to infrastructure and operational support
Requirements
- Experience in facilities management or related field
- Knowledge of maintenance and cleaning operations
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams
- Strong organizational skills
