Assistant F&B Operations Manager

Role Overview

Candidate Profile

• High school diploma or GED plus 3 years of related food and beverage or culinary experience.
• Alternatively, a two-year degree in hospitality, food service management, business administration, or a related major plus 1 year of related experience.
• Five-star luxury hospitality background is required.
• Knowledge of LQA and Forbes standards is required.

Food and Beverage Operations

• Create a motivating, empowered, collaborative property environment focused on continuous improvement and service.
• Provide employee service, respond to concerns, coach throughout the property, and motivate staff to resolve issues.

Customer Service

• Provide excellent customer service and respond quickly to guest concerns.
• Set service expectations, own complaints through resolution, and follow up on guest satisfaction.
• Develop guest relationships to build repeat clientele.

Additional Duties

• Comply with corporate accounting procedures.
• Assist the general manager with the annual quality audit as needed.
