Position Summary

Team and Guest Service

• Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees.
• Maintain positive working relationships and support team goals.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipate service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and provide courteous service.
• Use clear professional language and appropriate telephone etiquette.

Safety and Standards

• Follow company safety and security policies, report accidents and unsafe conditions, and complete safety training and certifications.
• Maintain professional appearance, protect confidential information, and safeguard company assets.
• Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
• Document pertinent information in the appropriate department logbook.

Preferred Qualifications

• A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is listed as preferred.
• At least 1 year of related work experience is listed as preferred.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience is listed as preferred.
• No license or certification is specified.

Work Conditions

• The position is located at Sheikh Zayed Road, Business Bay, Dubai.
• The schedule is full time and the role is not remote.
