Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare project cost estimates and develop detailed proposals for EV charging installations, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
- Prepare electrical one-line diagrams and RFPs for projects
- Calculate and apply financial incentives and financing proposals in accordance with program requirements.
- Create and manage professional proposals ensuring clarity, consistency, and accuracy.
- Manage multiple RFPs and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
- Communicate and coordinate with cross-functional and U.S.-based teams to ensure timely delivery of proposals and required information.
- Ensure all proposals comply with client requirements, technical standards, and internal quality guidelines.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (mandatory).
- 2+ years of experience in estimating, proposal preparation, electrical construction, infrastructure projects, or a related field.
- Experience in estimation, electrical construction, or infrastructure projects is required.
- Experience in the U.S. market is a MUST.
- Good understanding of electrical systems and infrastructure.
- Ability to interpret technical documents, drawings, and RFP requirements.
- Familiarity with EV charging, renewable energy, utility coordination, or permitting processes is an advantage.
- Strong attention to details and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
- English proficiency at C1 level or above
