About the Position: Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an Assistant Electro-Mechanical Manager - Performance Lake join the resort’s Performance Lake team.

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are: Lead the maintenance and repair of electromechanical systems used in live performances.

Coordinate with show production teams to ensure technical readiness and support during events.

Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.

Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to electrical and mechanical components.

Supervise and mentor junior technicians, providing guidance and training as needed.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational protocols.

Collaborate with engineering teams to implement system upgrades and improvements.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance Diploma or degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in electromechanical maintenance, preferably in a performance or entertainment setting.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical components, and control systems.

Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing complex technical equipment.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by show schedules.

Commitment to safety and attention to detail.

About You: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: Diploma or degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in electromechanical maintenance, preferably in a performance or entertainment setting.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical components, and control systems.

Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing complex technical equipment.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by show schedules.
