Role Description

  • The Assistant role at Blumooza is a full time, on site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
  • Support daily studio operations, including organizing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining clear communication with internal teams and external partners.
  • Prepare documents and presentations, assist with content production logistics, handle basic administrative tasks, and help track deliverables and deadlines for client projects.
  • Support social media workflows, update project records, and ensure smooth coordination between creative, production, and management functions.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, documents, presentations) and basic project tracking software.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Comfort working with digital and social media platforms; interest in content creation, branding, or marketing is a plus.
  • Ability to work on site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and collaborate in a dynamic, creative studio environment.
  • Attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to problem solving and process improvement.
  • Prior experience in an administrative, coordination, or assistant role is preferred; background in media, marketing, or creative industries is an advantage.
  • Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, media, or a related field is beneficial.
