Assistant Director (Placements)

The incumbent will provide strategic leadership for all placement-related activities of the designated School.

The role involves building and sustaining strong relationships with national and international industry partners to secure competitive placements aligned with those offered at top B-Schools.

The incumbent will work closely with the Dean/Director to formulate and implement placement policies, strengthen industry engagement, and enhance student employability through internships, live projects, and corporate exposure initiatives.

• Lead and manage all placement activities for MBA and related programs
• Build and strengthen relationships with national and international corporate partners
• Target high-quality placement profiles comparable to those offered by leading B-Schools
• Formulate and implement placement policies in coordination with the Dean/Director
• Strengthen summer placements, internships, live projects, periodic projects, and corporate engagements
• Organize company visits, industrial visits, guest lectures, CEO series, and corporate interaction programs
• Develop and manage placement brochures, presentations, and promotional material
• Visit companies for promotion of students and academic programs
• Build industry interfaces for training programs, corporate projects, and skill development initiatives
