FurnishIQ is seeking a highly organized and motivated Assistant Director of Sales to support sales operations, client engagement, and project coordination.
The role suits a results-driven professional who works effectively in dynamic environments and is open to regional travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Director with administrative tasks, communication, and project follow-ups.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and client offers.
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to support seamless execution.
- Maintain and update CRM systems, generate reports, and track sales performance.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Attend meetings, site visits, and exhibitions as required, including local and regional travel.
- Prepare documentation and follow up on project and sales deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- At least two years of experience in sales support, executive assistance, or business development.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, and CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD is advantageous for technical or design-oriented sales.
- Willingness to travel for meetings, site coordination, and business development activities.
- Professionalism, time management, and a proactive mindset are essential.
