Project Management and Governance

• Manage multiple projects, budgets, delivery against objectives, campaign reporting, and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with EY brand, independence, legal, and risk management requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, collaboration, and marketing effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 10 years of experience in B2B marketing, technology marketing, or a communications agency environment.
• Experience delivering technology or business alliance campaigns, content, events, and go-to-market programmes across digital and social channels.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of audience segmentation, campaign activation, budget management, and performance measurement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgement, and manage competing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing internal creative teams and external agencies is preferred.
• Experience in professional services, technology, or consulting is preferred.
• Ability to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is preferred.
