Responsible for coordinating activities of a team to develop and maintain information requirements and standards, developing and managing processes within a common data environment.

Managing the delivery of information management function for project team.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Providing support to the Delivery team throughout the project lifecycle.
• Advising, innovating, understanding, developing and implement processes described within ISO19650 series, including how the information is produced and assured for digital delivery.
• Communicating effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
• Developing an understanding of ISO19650 and any applicable standards for clients.
• Ensuring security protocols have been followed for viewing and issuing of information on all projects.
• Monitoring digital handover to completion.
• Participating in industry events to stay up to date on the latest BIM developments.
• Reading, understanding and supporting the delivery of business process and procedures guides.
• Reviewing current technology solutions and research new solutions that can be used to improve the BIM process including emerging technologies.
• Staying up to date on the latest developments of applicable classifications.
• Supporting construction sequencing strategy using information models.
• Supporting implementation of governance and assurance processes.
• Providing support in preparation of cost plans from information models.
• Supporting object library development in alignment with wider BIM strategy.
• Supporting the development of BIM execution plan (BEP).
• Supporting the development of Information requirements (OIR, AIR, PIR and EIR) as per ISO 19650.
• Supporting the production of information standards, methods and procedures, and shared resources.
