Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, development, and execution of high quality creative initiatives that strengthen brand identity and enhance customer engagement
- Manage creative projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with brand standards, business objectives, and marketing strategies
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, content creators, marketing teams, and external partners to develop compelling visual and written content across digital, print, social media, advertising, events, and other channels
- Coordinate creative workflows, manage project timelines, review creative assets, and ensure projects are delivered on schedule and to high quality standards
- Assist in developing creative briefs, campaign concepts, and content strategies while ensuring consistency in brand messaging and visual identity
- Help oversee the production of marketing materials, promotional campaigns, multimedia content, and other creative assets
- Monitor creative performance, analyze campaign effectiveness, and identify opportunities to improve creative processes and audience engagement
- Stay informed of emerging design trends, digital technologies, and industry best practices to support innovation and continuous improvement
- Facilitate communication between creative, marketing, product, and business teams to ensure alignment of project goals and efficient execution
- Coordinate external agencies, photographers, videographers, printers, and production vendors while maintaining quality, consistency, and project timelines
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Fine Arts, Communications, or a related field
- Strong understanding of branding, creative strategy, and integrated marketing communications
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media content creation, and multimedia production
- Strong creative thinking and conceptual development skills
- Excellent project coordination and organizational skills
- Ability to develop creative briefs, presentations, and campaign concepts
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual design principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams and external creative partners
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand consistency and quality standards
- Familiarity with photography, video production, motion graphics, and content management systems is advantageous

Role Description
