Assistant Controller (Hybrid)

You will be successful in this role because you possess these attributes:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional designation preferred.

CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional designation preferred.

5-8+ years of progressive accounting experience, with experience in a manufacturing or regulated industry and experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotech environments strongly preferred.

Prior supervisory or team leadership in operational setting experience preferred .

Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.

Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Continuous improvement mindset and ability to drive change.

A proactive mindset and enthusiasm for finding innovative solutions to challenges.
