Assistant content Creator / Videographer

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Create video and photo content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Film property tours, walkthroughs, agent videos, project presentations, interviews, and promotional content.
• Set up cameras, lighting, microphones, and other equipment and edit short-form videos and reels.
• Add captions, subtitles, music, transitions, graphics, and other creative elements to videos.
• Develop creative concepts, scripts, and content ideas based on current social media trends.
• Coordinate property shoots, capture property and event media, and organize media assets.
• Post and schedule content, monitor social media formats and trends, and maintain the company’s brand image.

Requirements

• Basic to intermediate experience in videography, photography, and video editing is required.
• Knowledge of CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar editing software is required.
• Good understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other social media formats is required.
• Good communication and teamwork skills are required.
• The candidate must be able to work on-site, attend property shoots and events, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Real estate or property-related content experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

Preferred Skills

• Camera and smartphone videography, video editing, basic graphic design, photography, and property presentation.
• Social media content creation, creative scripting, storytelling, current social media trends, lighting, and audio.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 2,000 to AED 2,500 per month.

Work Location

• The work location is in person.
