- Part of a multi functional PMC/Construction team responsible for delivering a large number of varied infrastructure projects
- Managing key stakeholder interfaces including all departments within the client organization and other government departments
- Overall construction (PMC) management and control
- Monitoring contractors for compliance with their contractual responsibilities
- Monitoring progress of the construction for compliance with schedule from a PMC perspective
- Ensure delivery of projects to time, cost and quality and ensuring highest standards of Health & Safety are achieved
- Ensure resources are appropriate to meet current and future commitments and to maximise opportunities
Requirements
- Degree qualified in a relevant field
- Around 15 years of experience in construction management
- Experience in running large, multi disciplined site teams
- Excellent knowledge of construction techniques, project controls, quality, and health & safety
- Ability to mobilize people and teams for successful delivery
- Effective in building good working relationships within complex structures

Your Role

Qualifications
- An experienced Asst. Construction Manager with a demonstrable track record in the delivery of large multi functional projects.
- Excellent knowledge of construction techniques as well project controls procedures, quality and health & safety.
- A rounded profile, comfortable with planning, analysis and managing process and commercial considerations.
- The successful candidate will also be able to mobilize people and teams and drive for a successful delivery.
- Effective in building good working relationships within complex structures both within projects, with clients and internally.
